We are pleased to congratulate Nikita Bell of Atlanta for winning the brand-new smart fortwo pure coupe in the “Archstone 2010 Go Green Get Smart Contest” as part of our Earth Day Leasing Expo.

Nikita, a resident of Archstone’s Westchester at Clairmont community, expressed her excitement about winning the most fuel-efficient, non-hybrid car on the road today when she was handed the keys on Thursday, May 27.
