Archstone Avenir Apartments Offers Smoke-Free Living
Residents Seeking Healthy Lifestyle to Enjoy Living in Non Smoking Environment
DENVER – March 17, 2009 – Archstone announced today that Archstone Avenir will open as the first large-scale, professionally managed apartment community to offer smoke-free living in Boston.
Smoking will be prohibited throughout the community featuring 241 apartment units and 27,000 square feet of retail space, including inside apartment homes, on balconies and the roof deck. Some retail locations may allow smoking in outdoor seating areas.

The Boston community is now pre-leasing with plans to have residents moving into the new apartment homes as early as July 1.
